How It Works
Plan snapshot at closing
Payouts use the closing agent's plan at the time of the transaction. Future plan changes don't affect past payouts.
Annual file-fee cap
Each agent has an annual cap on file fees (Core $6K · Plus $7.2K · Prime $12K). Once they hit it, revshare on their files pauses until their anniversary resets.
Sponsor set at invitation
When an agent is invited to the brokerage, their sponsor is locked in. No self-sponsoring.
